Interviewing: Depending on the position you have applied for and location you have chosen, we conduct interviews over the phone or onsite at one of our offices.
For telephone interviews: Our managers will find out about you and your fit into our organisation. They will discuss the role, their expectations, the team and culture, as well as your expectations and career aspirations.
For onsite interviews: Please ensure you arrive early to allow enough time to register as a visitor (and meet with your dedicated recruitment contact if required). During a face to face interview, you will be asked specific competency based questions, as well as the interviewers delving into your background to assess your suitability and interest in the role.
Some pointers to help you prepare include:
- Reviewing the job description you have been provided and assessing it against your key strengths that are relevant to the role.
- Being prepared to discuss anything you have listed on your CV and ensuring you have suitable real-life examples you can talk through with the interviewers on the day.
- Researching Getronics and your interviewing manager(s).
Once the interview process is complete we will feedback to you on how well you performed and inform you whether or not you have been successful. A key focus for the Recruitment & Resourcing team is to deliver an excellent positive candidate experience.
