Guests Explored Cutting-Edge AI Services and Innovations
Following the Web Summit Rio, Getronics Brazil held an exclusive cocktail event in São Paulo to showcase their latest AI-driven hyperpersonalization services to clients who were unable to attend the summit. This event highlighted how advanced AI analytics can enhance customer experiences.
Keynote Speakers Emphasized Automation and AI Integration
Nitin Bhudia, Getronics’ Director of Innovation, and Paul McGann, Senior Vice President of OneReach.AI, delivered insightful presentations on the significance of incorporating automation and AI-generated solutions into various business processes. Bhudia noted, “Our participation in Web Summit Rio provided valuable insights into the challenges and questions that business executives face regarding Gen-AI applications. We used the opening of our new offices in São Paulo to offer industry-specific guidance on maximizing revenue growth through strategic Gen-AI implementation.”
Distinguished Guests and New Office Inauguration
The event saw attendance from notable companies such as Marsh, Blip Comunicacao Ltda, BMW, Nestlé Brasil, Grupo ReciclaBR, Grupo Vamos, IQVIA, Johnson & Johnson, Marfrig, Raizen, among others. Held at Getronics’ newly inaugurated offices in Chácara Santo Antonio, São Paulo, the event occurred right after the launch of the company’s new global brand identity, previously operating as Connectis in Latin America.
Elisabete Mleczak, CCO of Getronics, hosted the cocktail and highlighted the importance of the event: “It was essential to share our Gen-AI innovations with our partners, especially those who couldn’t attend Web Summit Rio. Hyperpersonalizing customer relationships places corporations on a qualitatively different level.”
Open House Day for Employees
In early May, Getronics hosted an Open House Day for employees, many of whom work remotely, to familiarize themselves with the new office space. The new facility accommodates 50 workstations, two meeting rooms, two phone booths, a coffee area, and an open space for small events. Designed with ESG criteria in mind, the office in the EZ Towers building boasts sustainability certifications such as LEED® Platinum for Operations and Maintenance, LEED® Gold for Design and Construction, and Guiaderodas accessibility certification. Employees praised the accessibility and convenience of the new location.
Noemi Sakitani, Head of HR for Latin America, expressed her excitement: “We are thrilled to open these new offices, which reflect our commitment to providing a better environment for both our clients and employees. A well-designed workspace is crucial for unlocking the full potential of our professionals.”
Company Growth and Future Prospects
Getronics has experienced significant growth in Latin America, increasing its workforce by 36% from January 2023 to January 2024, adding 78 new employees. “Today, we are a team of 292 dedicated professionals in Brazil, committed to supporting our clients in achieving their goals,” Sakitani concluded.
