The Getronics Board of Management consists of three board members under our Group CEO Mark Cook, each of whom has responsibility for specific areas and regions within the organisation, as detailed below.
Group Chief Executive Officer
Mark has worked within the IT industry for 25 years with an emphasis on strong client engagement and satisfaction in blue chip organisations that have required a step change in performance both in the private and public sectors. Mark Cook has previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer at Steria, Commercial Business director at Xansa, Managing Director and Head of Consulting at Druid. An accountant by background, Mark has worked and lived in USA, Europe and Asia. As well as his Board responsibilities, Mark is CEO for Getronics Group, CMC and UK.
Getronics Board responsibilities include: Owns global and OPCO P&L, strategy & strategic business development, global sales management, marketing and communications and analysts. Regional responsibilities for the UK, Spain & Latam.
Group Chief Financial Officer
Pom started his career in 1995 at PinkRoccade, which was acquired by Getronics in 2005. During Pom’s career, he has held several financial positions within KPN and Getronics, with both ‘central’ and country–specific responsibilities. In May 2011, Pom became financially responsible for the international activities of Getronics and a year later, on May 1st 2012, Pom was appointed a member of the Getronics Board.

Finance, procurement, legal, IT and HR functions.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Thomas joined Getronics as Group COO in 2013, holding a broad set of responsibilities including the definition and implementation of Getronics´ new portfolio strategy. Thomas has an extensive track record in the IT industry having held multiple national and international positions at IBM.
Getronics Board responsibilities include: Delivery operations and strategy, portfolio strategy and implementation, Global Workspace Alliance (GWA) and has responsibility for the APAC region, Connectis Managed Cloud & International Business
