Anglia Ruskin University – Getronics recently entered into a framework agreement with NEC to deliver and support a Unified Communications solution, including Enterprise Voice and integration to a Cisco video.

The University of Edinburgh – The University benefits from a highly available (99.999%) and fully redundant Unified Communications platform based on the latest NEC SV9500 technology. This will enable considerably lower support costs over traditional telephony and with the SV9500 open standard interfaces and provide the University with emerging SIP developments. INSEAD (Paris/Singapore) – Having proven our capability in providing On-site support services in Singapore, Getronics was awarded the contract to provide 24/7 service desk for all three INSEAD campuses, operating out of our global service centre located in Kuala Lumpur, which offers multilingual capabilities.
