Security Consultant – Implementor

Team Purpose:
As a Global Managed Security Service Provider, Getronics is increasingly required to demonstrate
security capability and compliance to gain the trust and confidence of our clients. The Getronics
Security Implementation Team is part of our effort to respond to this need, to give our clients the
assurance that their services are secure and to be a trusted advisor on all matters relating to
security.

Role Purpose:

As a Security Implementation Consultant, the role is to provide expert guidance and support to clients
and internal teams in implementing security solutions. This involves understanding the needs,
designing and configuring security solutions based on those needs, and ensuring compliance with
industry standards and best practices. The Security Implementation Consultant will also conduct risk
assessments, develop security policies and procedures, and collaborate with other team members to
ensure the successful implementation of security solutions. The overall goal of the role is to help
clients achieve a high level of security and protect against cyber threats.

You will:
Work with project teams, overseeing the development and implementation of several Cyber security
systems. Using a combination of management skills and specific security system knowledge, you will
coordinate security projects through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion
within specified time and budget constraints.

expertise, the ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. An
Implementation Consultant must be able to think creatively to identify vulnerabilities and develop
effective remediation strategies. They must be able to work independently or as part of a team to
carry out security assessments and help organizations improve their security posture. Strong
communication and documentation skills are also essential. Excellent English, Native or at least C1
level, is a must.

Responsibility and Accountability

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand their security needs and develop
  customized security solutions based mainly on Beyond Trust Products.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of security best practices and industry
  standards.
• Design, implement, and configure security solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of security training materials for clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of
  security solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to security.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and best practices to improve the overall
  quality of work.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams by ensuring that
  communication is regular, clear, and respectful.
• Demonstrate an understanding of project management principles by managing own
  workload, providing accurate timelines and progress updates, and identifying potential
  issues that could impact delivery.
• Create, Update and Maintain product specific documentation

Skills/Experience

• Extensive prior experience as System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
• Experience with Beyond Trust PRA, PS (PAM) and BTRS is a must
• Ideally will have previous work experience as a Security Design & Transition Consultant
• Experience of integrating Solution with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Technical knowledge of database and operating system security
• Hands on experience in security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems,
  anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management and content filtering
• Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system,
  security, and network monitoring tools
• Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
• Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service
  Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
• Experience with Cloud offerings, O365 Security tools and integrating cloud solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Security tooling (Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Security and
  Compliance Center, MFA, etc.)
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proven work experience with Privilege Access Management systems
• Proven work experience with Privilege Identity Management systems
• Excellent English level is a must
