A Celebration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We’re proud to share that Getronics has been recognised as a Best Company for All Talent 2025, receiving the prestigious title of Diversity Leading Company 2025 in Spain.
The award was presented the award for Best Company for All Talent 2025 during a celebration, held on 18 June at the renowned Teatro Real in Madrid. Organised by Equipos&Talento, the event brought together leading organisations committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
Representing Getronics at the ceremony were Laura García, Culture & Talent Director, and Olivier Schelfhaut, People Services Director, who accepted the award on behalf of our global team.
“This recognition is a reflection of the incredible effort and dedication of our people,” said Laura García. “We’re building a culture where inclusion isn’t just a policy – it’s part of who we are.”
