Getronics ranks number one for end-user services in the Whitelane Research UK Outsourcing survey 2016

Today is a very important day for Getronics – the release of the prestigious, annual Whitelane Research survey on the UK outsourcing industry. We’re extremely proud to have been recognised as number one for end-user services, number four overall and seventh for data center and managed infrastructure services against industry heavyweights.

Being recognised by Whitelane Research is an honour – the company surveyed 250 CIOs of the largest IT spending organisations and evaluated over 800 of the largest IT outsourcing contracts, to get an objective view of the outsourcing market, the trends that rule it and the key players. Last year, the total annual value of these contracts was more than £15 billion, which represents almost three quarters of the UK market by value.

Getronics has held a high spot for the second consecutive year and was the only European provider to make it into the top five, which is a testament to the efforts of the team in guaranteeing consistently high customer satisfaction. In fact, this year our customer satisfaction stood at a staggering 94%. On top of that 80% of our customers are likely to renew our contract once it’s due.

And there’s more good news – the report found that almost a third (31%) of organisations surveyed will outsource more in the next years – with nearly half (44%) of organisations in the public sector pledging further spend.
