Getronics launches Investment Services Group in North America

New business unit supports value-hunting private equity funds and investment banks.

New York City, NY – 20 March 2019 – Getronics, the global IT services company, announced its Investment Services Group (ISG) will host a special informational reception for private equity and investment banking professionals at The St. Regis New York on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 1-3PM.

This event will introduce and familiarize New York area private equity and investment banking communities with ISG’s unique services. Invitations are limited to a select group of professionals in order to enable open discussion of the technology challenges and market opportunities investment managers face and how ISG is prepared to support them.

ISG is a specialized technology and IT services division focused exclusively on supporting private equity and investment banking firms seeking to unlock or create new value from companies. It provides one-stop IT services, spanning pre-transaction audit, initial integration, transformation and managed service/IT outsourcing propositions from Getronics’ broad globally-based IT platform.

The St. Regis event is the second in a series of ISG market introductions following a successful launch in London last fall. Existing private equity customers include Advent International, The Carlyle Group, Fidelity Investments and Terra Firma.
