Getronics up in customer satisfaction rankings

Getronics, one of the leading ICT service providers present in 22 countries across the globe, sees its robust performance confirmed by the results of Whitelane’s latest IT Outsourcing Study. For Getronics, it is again proof that they are among the top.

Brussels, 5 March 2018 – With 100% of clients likely or even certain to renew their contract, and 82% of customers satisfied or very satisfied, Getronics is again a top performer when it comes to general customer satisfaction. Based on an evaluation by over 200 participants of the top IT spending organisations in Belgium and Luxembourg, the Whitelane study shows that Getronics excels notably in terms of service delivery quality, proactivity and flexibility.

With 50% of organisations planning to outsource more of their IT activities the next 2 years, BeLux is one of the regions in Europe where the tendency towards outsourcing is most prevalent. According to the Whitelane study, by outsourcing their IT services, organisations aim to focus more on their core business (62%), obtain greater access to resources (56%) and improve their quality of services (50%). From an IT service providers’ point of view, Public Cloud/Infrastructure is currently the most important trend in IT.
