Getronics announces new CEO and senior executive appointments as it targets rapid growth

London, UK, August 25 2017 – Getronics today announced the appointment of Nana Baffour as Chairman and Group CEO, as it seeks to double in size to €1 billion turnover following acquisition by Bottega InvestCo S.à r.l last month.

Baffour has set a vision to grow by developing close relationships with customers and partners, and showcasing the skills of the Getronics team to continue delivering innovative business transformation solutions and services. A US/Brazilian entrepreneur, he is the majority shareholder of Bottega InvestCo.

As part of the management changes, former CEO Mark Cook has been appointed as Vice Chairman to the Getronics Group Board of Management.  Mark’s new role will report directly to the Chairman and CEO (and new owner) of Getronics Group Mr. N. Baffour.

In this new role Mr. Cook will directly support the new owner with strategic planning and take a leading role on future M&A activity. Mr. Cook will also play a more strategic role with a small number of senior clients with whom he has built a strong relationship when in an operational role with the company.

In a further executive appointment announced today, Paul Fox becomes UK CEO. He previously ran new business sales for Getronics UK and led global business development activities.

The acquisition was backed by prestigious financing partners, including White Oak Global Advisors, Permira PDM and H.I.G. WhiteHorse and included equity support from Investec PLC and Servest Limited. All of the executive appointments are effective immediately.
