With twenty-seven years of experience in the IT sector, Francisco Sáez takes over the management of Getronics Iberia

Madrid, November 17, 2017.- Getronics, the global IT services company, specialized in integrating innovative business solutions that support digital and human transformation in organizations, particularly in the field of Applications, Blockchain, Process Automation, BI, Big Data, IoT, Omnichannel, Cloud and managed services in the public and private sector, has appointed Francisco Sáez as the new CEO for Iberia.
Sáez with more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of information technology has developed his professional career in public and private capital companies, companies providing software products and, above all, IT services during all those years, which It allows to have an excellent view about the problems and business needs of customers, as well as the most appropriate solutions to solve them.
His professional career began in Technical Systems of State Lotteries in Software Testing and Quality projects, where he became Grupo Cirsa as Head of the Software Testing Department. After a brief stint at Compuware, he started working at Neoris as Manager of the Financial Sector for the Santander Group and later at Steria Iberica. It was from Steria where he began his career in the business sector of IT Consulting and Services, first as Director of the Applications and Testing Service Lines and, later, as Global Operations Director.
In his last professional stage after the purchase of Steria Iberica by Connectis, and by the hand of its CEO Graham Johnson (currently the Global Chief Operating Officer from Getronics Group), he becomes part of the Connectis Management Committee (now Getronics Iberica), assuming the Commercial Direction of the Financial Sector and working at same time in the process of transformation of the company as Director of Transformation and Change Management. Since 2015, and until now, he has been responsible for the vertical business of the financial sector.
As CEO at Iberia, Sáez assumes the responsibility of managing a company that employs more than 2,000 people with a turnover of 130 million euros, providing services to 500 clients in the Iberian Peninsula and in International markets. “At Getronics we are starting a new and exciting path. The Group wants to double its business volume and Getronics Iberia is essential in this objective. We know how to do it and we just have to work for it with determination.
