Cordys to support Getronics’ cloud operations

Managed service provider to enhance services with cloud provisioning and orchestration

Putten, The Netherlands, 9th October 2012 Cordys, The Enterprise Cloud Platform provider today announces that it will provide ICT services company, Getronics, with the ability to extend the orchestration of IT processes from its cloud architecture.

The solution, which includes Cordys Cloud Provisioning, will give Getronics the ability to offer an augmented catalogue of new products combining existing applications and cloud services. Enhanced orchestration will allow Getronics to remove organizational and technical silos in order to enable process led agile operations. This will enable Getronics to deliver an improved level of service to customers and in doing so, reduce their costs.

With a complex application and service portfolio, Getronics continues the pursuit to improve operations through automation giving greater flexibility and efficiency, reducing manual effort and associated costs.
