Today is a proud day at Getronics. I’m delighted to announce the company has been ranked No. 1 UK IT Service Provider in the independent 2017 UK IT Outsourcing Study from Whitelane Research and PA Consulting.
The study surveyed 250 CIO and CFOs at the UK’s top IT spending organisations to evaluate over 800 unique IT outsourcing contracts. Getronics was evaluated alongside 32 other IT service providers and, based on customer feedback, was ranked No.1 across a total of eight categories in the research, including Customer Satisfaction (84%), Transformation Quality (77%), Account Management quality (87%) and Data Center and Managed Services (80%), among others.
Organisations continue to invest in IT outsourcing, with 35 per cent of those surveyed planning to outsource more in 2018. This is reflected in the activity we’re seeing at Getronics having recently won a string of new contracts with the likes of RAC, AGS Airports, Manchester Airports Group, and more.
The Whitelane report indicates customer satisfaction levels for Getronics have risen by more than 20 per cent over the past five years – something I like to credit to our team’s unwavering commitment to customer service, the application of deep industry expertise and our dedication to constantly innovate to meet customer demands. We take a truly collaborative approach to working with our customers, partnering with them every step of the IT journey to drive real business change, whilst reducing expenditure.
