An exciting opportunity to join our team within a growing ICT Services company with a global portfolio, as a Inside Sales Representative in our Global Sales & Marketing Team.

Purpose 

Work in fast-paced environment to acquire new customers, increase the revenue growth for an organisation, and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company..

Responsibilities

  • Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
  • Working with community partners to increase involvement
  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Going over the perks and benefits of making purchases through one company versus another
  • Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
  • Performs all tele sales activities (qualification and appointment setting for the Sales teams in assigned territory).

Experience 

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Technical field
  • 1-2 years Inside Sales experience in an International environment 
  • Required primary language skills: advanced English (English is our business language). Any other language skills are more than welcome.
  • Proactive and eager to sell Getronics brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate Sales opportunities with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with Saleforce.com (SFDC.com) or comparable CRM desired.
  • Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
