Meet the Executive Team

Andreas Ziegenhain – Chief Executive Officer ( CEO )

Andreas joined Getronics in April 2010 with full responsibility for Getronics International and the GWA. Andreas previously worked for Siemens AG in several, often global, positions such as CEO for Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) Latin America and Asia. In his final years at Siemens, Andreas was the CEO of SIS, Germany. Before joining Siemens, Andreas spent 7 years at McKinsey, in Germany and the USA. On May 1st 2012, Andreas was appointed as Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) of Getronics.

Pom Burie – Chief Financial Officer

Pom started his career in 1995 at PinkRoccade, which was acquired by Getronics in 2005. During Pom’s career, he has held several financial positions within KPN and Getronics, with both ‘central’ and country–specific responsibilities. In May 2011, Pom became financially responsible for the international activities of Getronics and a year later, on May 1st 2012, Pom was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Getronics.

Mark Cook – Chief Sales Officer

Mark has worked within the IT industry for 25 years with an emphasis on strong client engagement and satisfaction in blue chip organisations that have required a step change in performance both in the private and public sectors. Mark Cook has previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer of Steria UK, Commercial Business director of Xansa, Managing Director and Head of Consulting of Druid UK. An accountant by background, Mark has worked and lived in USA, Europe and Asia. As well as his role as Getronics’ Chief Sales Officer, Mark is CEO for Getronics UK and Ireland.

Hans-Jörg Tittlbach – Chief Operations Officer

Hans-Jörg has worked in the IT industry for 26 years, with a constant focus on operational excellence and a dedication to quality and efficiency. When Getronics took over Wang Global in 1999 he held the position of Senior Director Operations and became the General Manager of the newly founded German based service desk organisation. In 2011, Hans-Jörg took the new role of Vice President International Accounts . Hans-Jörg was appointed as COO and joined the Board of Management in 2012. Hans-Jörg also leads the German organisation as General Manager.

Christian Schmehl – Chief Transformation Officer

Christian joined Getronics in in early 2012. He has 10 years’ experience in the transformation of businesses in different industries. Christian has previously held roles as Associate Director of KPMG Advisory in Germany/UK and as Managing Director in the services and leisure industry. Within Getronics International, Christian is operationally responsible for the transformation of the business model towards a global ICT business partner providing a high7–quality and innovative future ready portfolio. Christian is also COO of Getronics BeLux. He studied International Business and Economics in the UK and in Germany and has lived and worked in Europe and South America.
