Getronics Partner Technology uses two methods for addressing your requirements: Solution Design & Source or Managed Transformation. A full Managed Service can also be deployed depending on your preferred strategy.

Solution Design & Source:
We’ll provide the correct components and you take it from there

Getronics works with you to understand your business needs and challenges, then using our accredited solution architects we design an environment to address those needs. The solution is delivered to you in its component parts allowing you to deploy the solution against your own change management criteria.

Managed Transformation:
We’ll deploy the solution and you run it from there

This is similar to the Solution Design & Source option but with the addition of an enhanced transformation service, freeing your IT resources from the project management burden and inevitable acceptance testing that comes with deploying a new solution. Once deployed, the service is handed over to your existing service delivery model.

At any point you can choose to have Getronics adopt and run your platform as a Managed Service, should this align with your ICT strategy moving forward.
