Getronics Board of Management
Steven van Schilfgaarde (1964) joined KPN in 1990 and held various financial management positions, including that of Chief Financial Officer of Getronics and CFO of KPN's former Fixed Net Operator department and the Fixed Division. He was appointed CEO of Getronics in September 2011. Steven graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and took a postgraduate degree at the VU University of Amsterdam. He is a member of the Board of Commissioners of SNT Deutschland AG and Digitenne Holding BV, and is also a member of the Management Board of the KPN Company Pension Fund.
Andreas Ziegenhain(1965) is member of the Board of Management and responsible for international business, Getronics Workspace Alliance and the country organisations of Getronics and Service Partners. He joined Getronics in April 2010 from Siemens AG where he has worked since 1999 in several - often global - positions such as CEO for Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) Latin America and the Asia region. In the last years he was the CEO of SIS, Germany. Andreas Ziegenhain previously spent 7 years at McKinsey in various management roles.
Ron de Mos (1957) has worked in the ICT sector for more than 30 years. After studying economics at Haagse Hogeschool (now known as The Hague University of Applied Sciences), he began his career as an account administrator and IT specialist at IBM. There, he soon directed his attention towards raising the levels of service and customer satisfaction and subsequently held various management positions in the Netherlands and elsewhere (including Johannesburg) in the fields of International Customer Care and Service Delivery.
Ron left IBM in 1999 and first worked as Managing Director at CTG Nederland B.V before joining InterAccess B.V as a member of the managing board. In 2002, he returned to IBM where he was successively made responsible for Strategic Outsourcing Marketing Operations EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa; based in Paris), Vice President IT Strategic Outsourcing EMEA (based in Madrid) and Vice President IBM Global Technology Services Benelux, where his role included membership of the Dutch and Benelux Boards of Directors.
After a sabbatical, Ron resumed his career in April 2009 at KPN as Director of Business Market and a member of the senior management team in the Netherlands. Since 1 January 2011, he has held the position of Chief Client Officer at Getronics, where he is also a member of the Board of Management and of the senior management team in the Netherlands.
