Digitalisation, globalisation and information via the internet all affect the way you work. Employees want to have increasing flexibility about where, when and how they work. In other words: independent of time and place. We facilitate this and want to inspire new ways of working (together).

In 2009, Getronics launched the implementation of new way of working. We want to use it to achieve real cost reduction, through a more efficient housing policy and higher employee productivity, for example. But that’s not all. Through greater flexibility, we can improve the work-life balance and reduce commuter traffic. With over 10,000 employees, this goes some way to solving the mobility problem.
