Leading analyst firm positions the Getronics Workspace Alliance as a challenger in the latest communications and outsourcing proffesional services Magic Quadrant.

Getronics Workspace Alliance announced today that the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services Worldwide,* has positioned the Global Workspace Alliance (GWA) as a Challenger.

The Getronics Workspace Alliance, founded in March 2009, is a strategic joint venture amongst global service providers, including KPN|Getronics, CompuCom, Tecnocom, Getronics Middle East, NTT Data, APX Service Technologies, and ServiceOne Getronics.

"This recognition is significant and makes us proud for many reasons," stated Andreas Ziegenhain, Getronics Executive VP International. "First because we believe the Gartner’s recognition of the GWA is an important milestone and proof point of our ongoing portfolio expansion. Second, we consider our position as a ‘Challenger’ a result of our strong ability to execute. And, most importantly, customers mentioned that the GWA is easy to do business with."

The Getronics Workspace Alliance presents a broad range of IT expertise to its customers. Together, the member companies provide comprehensive IT solutions in the field of communications systems in support of fixed/mobile network service requirements. The GWA’s customer-centric approach, as revealed in the customer references that are a central part of the Magic Quadrant process, is further enhanced by the introduction of extended flexible billing terms to their global multi-national corporation customers; including: central-to-central, local-to-local, or central-to-local billing arrangements.
