Today, Getronics and Konica Minolta are signing a Letter of Intent marking the start of a Strategic European engagement. This engagement concerns the following services: break/fix services, contract management and service desk. Konica Minolta is also signing a contract with Getronics to supply the above-mentioned services in the Netherlands.
Organisations need a total solution for their document flows, whereby all activities related to equipment, maintenance, management, contract management and the optimisation of document flows are combined in the hands of one party. The partnership between Konica Minolta and Getronics makes this possible. Customers receive a better service and have one point of contact for all their document-related needs and issues. Furthermore, customers can benefit from the joint knowledge and expertise of the parties in the partnership.
In the Netherlands, the above-mentioned services will be supplied as of 1 January 2011, speedily followed by the implementation of the international services for Europe. Konica Minolta has a reputation as one of the biggest printer and MFP suppliers. This partnership will enable it to further improve its service to bigger customers and provide a ‘total’ solution for all market segments. A solution which takes the pressure off the customer.
