The IT Service Management Forum

itSMF is part of a worldwide movement of ITSM professionals covering 50+ countries with over 15,000 members. All have as their primary focus, the promotion of the business benefits of IT Service Management best practice and the adoption of these standards by the IT industry as well as other non-IT related organizations that provide products and services to their customers. The itSMF is a not-for-profit organization funded through membership subscriptions and commercial activities such as book sales and events. Information Systems Audit and Control Association
