Locations: Superdrug operate over 900 stores in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.
Activities: Superdrug is the UK’s most fashion conscious health & beauty retailer with 226 of its stores having pharmacies with pharmacy consulting rooms.
Challenge: To move Superdrug’s existing Data Centre in Cheshire to the AS Watson European Data Centre in London, implementing a high availability solution on their core platform, the iSeries.
The whole project was seamless to the operation of the business. A fantastic result. Each stage went like clockwork due to the meticulous planning and excellent teamwork between the Getronics project team and Superdrug. We met our objectives of hosting our systems in the AS Watson European Data Centre and delivering a robust DR solution which meets the expectations of the business.
