Locations: McDonald’s have more than 32,000 restaurants in 119 countries and employ more than 1.5 million people. Today, there are around 150 McDonald’s restaurants all over Switzerland.

Activities: McDonald’s serve some of the world’s favourite food from their restaurants and drive-thru»s. In Switzerland McDonald’s are an important employer to over 7,000 people.

Challenge: To maintain Point of Sale systems and IT infrastructure, as well as supporting restaurant managers with any technical problems.
