Locations: ING are present in over 50 countries, with 75 million customers worldwide. Their head office is located in Amsterdam.

Activities: ING currently offer banking, investments, life insurance and retirement services to meet the needs of a broad customer base.

Challenge: To improve quality of service, reduce time-to-market and increase product flexibility. Getronics were also tasked with standardising business processes whilst reducing costs.
