Service Management ISO/IEC 20000 External Audit Success for Getronics UK

Following a recent registration renewal assessment by accredited assessment body BSI, Getronics Services UK Ltd. is pleased to announce that our IT Service Management System has been certified to the new version of the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Standard (under certificate ITMS 591713).


This makes Getronics one of the first companies in the UK to achieve the new Service Management Standard. Preparations and coordination for the assessment went very smoothly as high service standards are an intrinsic part of Getronics’ way of working. In the UK, Getronics also holds registrations to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO/IEC 27001(Information Security Management). The ISO standards held by Getronics are of key importance to the organisation, as service quality, continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction are at the core of its operations.
