Getronics’ Mobile Executive solution is a fully-managed mobile e-mail and PIM solution based on the Microsoft Windows Mobile platform and Microsoft Exchange Server. Mobile device management – An automated service providing central management of the Windows Mobile environment and enables real-time, over-the-air distribution of software updates, configurations and security policy enforcement like device lock-down, data encryption and data wipe features.

Windows Mobile systems management – 24x7 monitoring of the Mobile Executive infrastructure with remote system performance, configuration and application management to optimise the performance and availability of back-end wireless e-mail systems.

Provisioning and logistics – A single point of contact for the acquisition of Microsoft Windows Mobile-based devices, over-the-air device configuration, service provisioning and logistics. Replacement devices will be delivered to the user in the event of breakdown, loss or theft.
