| Mobile working is nothing new. What is new, however, is the degree to which people can remain connected to their business while on the move - using the applications and tools they need for decision-making, receiving instructions and being connected to the processes of the organisations they work for. Enabling effective mobile working poses many different questions, and not just about making the application fit the device! This paper looks at the issues and offers an approach for identifying and evaluating the priorities and risks for mobile working.
