Ballast Nedam Infra Consult + Engineering (IC+E) has to manage a growing portfolio of projects, mainly for the Dutch construction market. To control IC+E's project portfolio Microsoft Global Partner Getronics implemented Microsoft's solution for Enterprise Project Management (EPM). Getronics also made interfaces to link this solution to new financial and product data management systems to give a real time overview of all projects.
